Providence Capital’s Managing Director and founding partner, Pablo D’Agliano, has been selected by the Board of Latin America’s integrated energy player Enel Américas as independent appraiser (Perito) in order to calculate the equity value of Enel Américas and EGP Américas and estimate the exchange ratio for the proposed merger between both firms.

An advisory team of Providence Capital provided assistance to the Perito throughout the process.
