Providence Capital advised Lácteos Támesis and funds managed by Insight Investment in the sale of 100% of their dairy and farmland operations in Chile to Consorcio Vida and Sembrador.

Lácteos Támesis, owned by Insight Investment’s Global Farmland Fund, divested 3 dairy producing farms located in Southern Chile, adding c. 1,150 hectares close to the cities of Valdivia and Osorno.

The farms combine c. 4,300 cows, producing over 13 million liters of milk per year, which is sold to large milk processing companies in Chile.
